Prototype Siamese Coffee
Okay, we'd been drinking before we started experimenting, and ![[profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
rickthefightguy and rantmo don't seem to own any measuring spoons (or sugar!), so this is all very approximate. But it tasted close to what I remember having at Pennsic, so for those of you who had the Siamese Coffee at Wandering Vagabond please feel free to try this out and suggest refinements!
-Make a pot of coffee
-In a mug, mix equal parts coconut milk, regular milk, and coffee.
-Add a sprinkle of cinnamon, and generous sprinkles of powdered ginger and cardamom.
-Add a dash of vanilla extract
-Sweeten to taste if you have sugar in the house, otherwise use a glug of creme de coco. Adjust spices as necessary.
-Warm up in the microwave unless you preheated the milk.
-Yum!
