On the train this morning, I read about Grant Achatz's next restaurant, "Next".  (Grant Achatz is the head chef at Alinea, he's the molecular gastronomy guy.)  Next (which hasn't opened yet) will be a time travel restaurant.  Each season, they will have a prix fixe menu that will recreate some time and place in the past (or the future!).  Paris 1906, or Hong Kong 2038, or who knows what. And it sounds like it will be pretty reasonably priced, too.

You bet I'm going!
