We're back from Pennsic.  It was an outstanding vacation, and I got to see almost everyone I was hoping to.  I have more email than God.  (Actually, that's probably not true.  Everyone has god's email address, so he probably gets WAY more spam than I do.  I wonder what he uses for a spam filter?)  Right now I'm just enjoying having coffee, sitting in climate-controlled comfort, and being clean - the small pleasures that two weeks ago, I was taking for granted.

Can God create a spam filter so effective that even God's own spam couldn't get past?

Coming back home is always one of the pleasures of Pennsic--if it's the best part maybe one shouldn't go, but it's definitely one of the good parts.

Yup. For reasons I never fully understood, the King of the East surrendered as soon as war was declared. Very strange.
